Pulling off stadium concerts such as these is a huge team effort. We value our partners who trust us to represent them and do what it takes to contribute to a positive customer experience for the thousands of fans visiting the venue.
Across the two events, our team delivered nearly 350 shifts, performed by 193 individual team members, 125 of which were recruited and onboarded between December andJanuary. Thank you to our team who worked tirelessly to pull this together and most importantly, thank you to our valued team members who came to work with a smile and put in 110% to contribute to the overall customer experience at these two major concert events.
