Through purpose-built rostering and human resources tools, coupled with an innovative, technology-driven culture, we coordinate roster schedules of our large staffing pool to deploy the right people for each engagement. Staff do not bid or sign-up for shifts; each team member is carefully placed into the event, role and venue best suited.
